Taking into account that machines are an essential part of the production process and maintenance costs represent a large percentage of the total budget of operations, it is desirable to coordinate efficiently the maintenance planning and production scheduling. One of the most common assumptions in the scheduling literature is that the machines or resources are always available but, in practice, they may have to be stopped due to failures or to preventive maintenance. Furthermore, maintenance is another aspect closely connected to production scheduling in real manufacturing settings. In order to remain competitive, these companies must be based, on one side, on a reliable production system that is available at any time, and on the other side, on powerful Decision Support Systems to react quickly to any unpredictable situation such as failures, late deliveries of raw material or orders cancellation, etc. In France, these industries contribute significantly to the regional and national economy, making the Hauts-de- France region the fourth French economic region. It allows available resources to perform a number of tasks, over a given period of time, while optimizing one or more objectives such as reducing production delays or costs associated with storage. Production scheduling is considered as one of the most important tasks carried out in manufacturing systems. This article optimizes the joint distribution route of medical consumables in hospitals, promotes the organic combination of hospital SPD supply chain model and hospital operation structure, and promotes the modernization process of Chinese hospitals. The results show that the model is in line with the actual needs of the hospital the algorithm is validated and the convergence speed is fast compared with the traditional distribution path of medical consumables in the hospital, It is found that the optimized hospital medical consumables joint distribution path reduces logistics costs and improves the efficiency of distribution services. According to the established path optimization model, the distribution path optimization of medical consumables in a hospital in Shanghai is realized. The corresponding GA is designed and solved by MATLAB programming software. Considering the influence of time, distance and carrying vehicle on the distribution route of medical consumables in the hospital, the optimal distribution model of medical consumables under the hospital SPD supply chain mode was established with the minimum distribution cost of the hospital. Under the hospital SPD supply chain mode, the medical medicinal materials distribution nodes of various departments, pharmacies and warehouses of the hospital constitute the logistics distribution network of SPD central warehouse-secondary warehouse-consumption point. The distribution of medical consumables inside the hospital is an important part of the daily operation of the hospital, which directly affects the operating efficiency of the entire hospital.
